We have created a Mindset for the Move Website where all pertinent information related to your child's move to Outwood Academy City can be found please visit -  Mindset for the Move

Below is a link to our data collection form, please use this to provide information about your child to Outwood Academy City.  To access the form you will need an OGAT Student Reference Number.  You will receive a letter which contains this number.  This will be posted out to you in due course.
