Y9 Vaccinations

Dear Parents/Carers of Year 9 students,

We will attend school to vaccinate Y9 students for the Booster dose of DTP Diphtheria, Tetanus & Polio along with Meningococcal ACWY. We will also offer the HPV Human Papilloma Vaccine if they did not receive this in Y8. Only one dose of the HPV vaccine is now required, so if your child had HPV in Y8 you do not need to consent again.
